Three Co-Executive Directors

Casa Latina is adopting a new three co-executive director model! For over 25 years, Casa Latina exists to advance the power and well-being of Latino immigrants through employment, education, and community organizing.  After listening to input from the Casa Latina community, it became apparent it was time for a positive change. Casa Latina has grown tremendously during the organization’s lifetime. It became clear that we need a leadership model that is more balanced and collaborative, that reflects the growth in responsibilities at the executive director level, and most importantly, that reflects our values of being an organization of shared leadership. The three co-executive directors will work as a team but have distinct areas of leadership.
