Executive Director
We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead Casa Latina into its next era of impact. The Executive Director will guide strategic vision, strengthen organizational capacity, and foster meaningful partnerships across sectors. This leader will manage a talented team of ~20 staff, oversee a $4–5 million annual budget, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
Reporting to the Board of Directors and in close collaboration with staff and membership, the Executive Director will ensure the health, sustainability, and strategic growth of Casa Latina. This is a role for a values-driven leader who excels at the intersection of operations, movement-building, and community empowerment.
