Learn how to identify weeds, to recognize basic yardwork tools, to use mulch, to maintain lawns, and to use basic planting techniques. This workshop is offered two times per month during the spring, summer, and fall.
Moving
Learn techniques for safe and efficient moving, how to work as a team, how to use tools and moving equipment, and how to lift with safe posture. This workshop is offered two times per month.
Green Cleaning
Learn how to use non-toxic cleaning products, to clean efficiently, to communicate and negotiate with clients, to safely use chemicals (when absolutely necessary). This workshop is offered one time per month.
Strategic Cleaning
Learn about recommendations on how to work more efficiently. In this workshop you will learn best practices, tips, and strategies to help with your job responsibilities as a domestic worker or day laborer. This workshop is offered one time per month.
Salary Negotiation
Learn about strategies and tips on how to communicate effectively with your employer when it comes time to negotiate your salary. Be prepared and take action. This workshop is offered one time per month.
