Life is short. Work somewhere awesome!

Casa Latina is now hiring!

Founded in 1994, Casa Latina is a vibrant immigrant worker rights organization that empowers low-wage Latinx immigrant workers to move from economic insecurity to economic prosperity and to participate fully in our democracy.

Casa Latina is a nonprofit organization that provides educational and economic opportunities through a democratic, member-led, Day Worker Center that is a model for day worker centers across the country. We also organize domestic workers and we helped to make Seattle the first city in the country to pass a Domestic Workers Bill of Rights. We provide English language classes, workplace safety and job skills trainings, leadership development, and community organizing.

What is it like to work here? Casa Latina is warm and inviting workplace that invites creativity and innovation. We also work hard and get things done. Working here feels empowering because we not only provide critical services to those who need them, but also work to improve public policies that not only affect immigrants, but all workers’ rights.
