Receptionist
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Casa Latina members, employers, volunteers, donors, community partners, and the public. This position provides bilingual reception and administrative support while assisting with member services, employer inquiries, worker dispatch support, and resource referrals. The role helps ensure that workers, members, and community members receive timely information, connections to services, and a welcoming experience aligned with Casa Latina’s mission.
COMPENSATION: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour, Compensation is governed by the applicable wage scale under the collective bargaining agreement between Casa Latina and OPEIU Local 8.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: This position is grant-funded. Continuation of the position is dependent upon the ongoing availability of funding and organizational needs.

Lead Organizer
The Lead Organizer advances Casa Latina’s mission by organizing and mobilizing immigrant, refugee, and low-wage workers to advocate for workers’ rights, improve workplace conditions, and strengthen community leadership. This position supports local, statewide, and national organizing campaigns and collaborates with community partners, coalitions, and policymakers to advance worker justice and economic equity. The Lead Organizer leads Organizing & Leadership Services activities, worker outreach, member engagement, and leadership development efforts. The position conducts worker rights education, facilitate trainings and workshops, supports worker intakes and referrals, and maintains program records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and grant requirements.

Saturday Driver
The Saturday Driver supports Casa Latina’s Day Worker Center operations by providing safe transportation services, assisting with worker dispatch activities, supporting employer and worker communications, and helping connect workers with employment opportunities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring workers arrive safely to job sites while contributing to the efficient operation of Saturday dispatch services. Typical schedule is Saturdays during Day Worker Center operating hours. Additional hours may be available based on organizational needs and funding availability
