New office Hours for our Seattle Dispatch Center - check out our new schedule.

Employers  We have some changes to our dispatch center for our Seattle location. Effective Nov. 1 – Jan. 3 our dispatch center will no longer be open on Saturdays. Due to the changes, we have extended our current hours for our call center to allow employers to have more time to place an order during the week.


Our Call Center hours are as follows:  

Mon – Fri: 7:30 am – 1 pm 

Sat, Sun: Closed 

Same day dispatch ends at 11am, even if the phones are open until 1pm.


Our Dispatch Center hours:  

Mon – Fri: 7:30 am – 11 am 

Sat, Sun: Closed 


Although our Seattle dispatch center is now closed on Saturday’s, Casa Latina members/workers will still be available to work on Saturday’s. However, employers must submit all orders to our call center before our 1pm closing time on Friday. Transportation arrangements can be made with workers to make sure they are able to get to your job site.
