Casa Latina is pleased to announce the hiring of Jennyfer Mesa as our new Executive Director.

Jennyfer brings many years of experience advocating for immigrant and Latino communities, building programs that expand opportunity, and working alongside families and workers to strengthen their economic and civic participation. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to community leadership, equity, and justice.
Her work has focused on supporting immigrant families, advancing worker rights, and creating initiatives that help communities build long-term stability and opportunity. She has also played a key role in developing partnerships with local organizations, public institutions, and community leaders to expand resources and support for those who need them most. In addition, Jennyfer has developed strong partnerships with organizations, public institutions, and community leaders, enhancing collaboration and increasing resources for the communities she serves. She has shown the ability to lead through complex challenges, including navigating high-pressure political environments and systemic inequities, while maintaining a focus on community-centered outcomes.
At Casa Latina, we believe Jennyfer’s vision, experience, and dedication to community empowerment make her an excellent fit to lead the organization into its next chapter. Her leadership will help strengthen Casa Latina’s mission to empower immigrant workers through education, economic opportunity, and community organizing.
