We Are Hiring! 3 Co-Executive Directors at Casa Latina

Dear Casa Latina Community,
We have big news to share about Casa Latina – we are adopting a new three co-executive director model! The application process for the executive director roles opportunities is now open to external candidates.
For over 25 years, Casa Latina exists to advance the power and well-being of Latino immigrants through employment, education, and community organizing. After listening to input from the Casa Latina community, it became apparent it was time for a positive change. Casa Latina has grown tremendously and has accomplished so much during the organization’s lifetime. It became clear that we need a leadership model that is more balanced and collaborative, that reflects the growth in responsibilities at the executive director level, and most importantly, that reflects our values of being an organization of shared leadership.
The three co-executive directors will work as a team but have distinct areas of leadership:
1. Co-ED – Focus on Employment: Leads the work to advance job opportunities and the economic empowerment of our worker members
2. Co-ED – Focus on Education and Community Organizing: Leads the work to advance the power and well-being of Latino immigrants through education and grassroots organizing
3. Co-ED – Focus on People and Organization: Leads the work to ensure the organization and its people are strong, stable, and highly effective
