Casa Latina has five rooms available for rent to nonprofit organizations, businesses, and the public for meetings, trainings, and social events. Only nonprofit organizations will be permitted to rent rooms for a fundraiser and/or revenue purpose.
Reservations are required and need to be made up to a maximum of three months in advance. A service fee of $40 is required to hold your space.
Tours of the facilities are available Thursdays and Fridays between 2pm and 4pm. Tours must be scheduled in advance.

Training Center: seats approximately 35 people (temporarily unavailable).
Workers’ Center: seats approximately 80 people.
Classroom 303: seats approximately 35 people.
Classroom 305: seats approximately 20 people.
Classroom 306: seats approximately 20 people.
Users are responsible for all consumables and all utensils they may need and for cleaning the space after use. (Compostable utensils are highly recommended.)
We will arrange and/or program the doors to be open for your reservation time.
Room set-up and break down is the responsibility of the user. If you will not be in attendance for the event, someone in attendance must be responsible for the set-up and breakdown, and they must be informed that building staff is not available to do it.
If you do not want the extra tables and chairs in the room, please move them to the outside hallway. Do not stack them or fold them down.
If you move chairs or any other equipment from one room to another, they must be put back in their original location.
Clean-up of the room includes wiping tables if necessary and placing food waste, wrappers and containers in large plastic bags (available in the drawers of the cabinet area) and taking them to the garbage cage near by the parking lot.
If there are any spills, please notify us by the next day. If there are stains which require professional cleaning, you will be charged a $60 fee and you may be billed for the professional cleaning service.
In the event of a false alarm report during or after your event due to misuse or distraction, you will be charged a false alarm fee of $150.
Food, Beverages, and Smoking
Sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on the premises without a class 13 permit. Please inform us in advance if you are serving food. This is a non-smoking facility.
Parking is limited in the Casa Latina lot. Please let your guests know that street parking is their best option.
Please minimize Seattle residents' exposure to excessive noise after 10pm.
Please notify us of your cancellation in writing or e-mail at least two weeks before your event date. Otherwise, you will need to pay 25% of the stipulated rental fee.
