Worker Rights Program

Know your rights at work! Did you know that all Washington workers have rights in the workplace regardless of immigration status? By law, we have rights that include access to paid sick days, city and state minimum wage, overtime pay, rest breaks and much more.

We are offering weekly “Know Your Rights” webinars. Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM through Casa Latina’s Facebook Page for Live Webinars. Learn more about your rights at work and ask questions live to our team.

If you would like to schedule a presentation in your organization or workplace, or if you have questions about worker rights, call us at (206) 816-5824 Monday – Friday 10 AM – 6 PM or email our Worker Rights Organizer at paola@casa-latina.org.

If you suspect that you or someone you know is experiencing wage theft or other labor violations, call our Worker Rights Case Specialist at (206) 375-7283 or email emilio@casa-latina.org for a consultation.

Casa Latina is proud to partner with the Seattle Office of Labor Standards (OLS) to provide outreach and education about Seattle’s labor standards. If you would like to learn more about OLS please contact OLS at 206-256-5297 or visit the OLS website at https://www.seattle.gov/laborstandards.
