With the move to our new location and the completion of our campus and it's second building, our impact will expand from primarily being felt in the Latino community to also include the larger geographic community in which we will are located. The move to a new location has already begun to transform our organization, the ways we work and the work we are able to do. Completion of the capital campaign will allow us a much greater capacity to serve our population and the city through much more efficient operations and programming. For many of our constituents, we are their primary advocates in the larger community. Therefore, the diversity of staff that we employ is of crucial importance-all of our staff is bilingual, and the mix of native English speakers and native Spanish speakers ensures that we are successful in our role as liaison.
