Casa Latina advances the power and well-being of Latino immigrants through employment, education, and community organizing.

Get Involved

Thank you for your interest in Casa Latina! Casa Latina empowers our members through employment, education, and community organizing. We also empower that community and its allies with an “open door” to supporting equity. We provide these opportunities for involvement: hiring a worker, donating, activism, and volunteering. Please see the links below for more detailed information

Hire a Worker When you hire an immigrant worker from Casa Latina, you hire him or her with dignity at a fair, living wage. That person receives 100% of the wages—none of it goes to Casa Latina. And, you have the opportunity to show that worker a very palpable solidarity as you welcome him or her to work in your home. In short, this act of solidarity with the immigrant community puts dollars directly in the pockets of those who need them, creating a “micro-economy of compassion.”

Donate Your gift empowers hardworking Latino immigrants through employment, education, and community organizing to build a better life for themselves and their families—even while facing an unprecedented level of hate and institutional discrimination.
